The WV Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) implements regulations and policies, which frequently evolve as priorities change. The West Virginia Chapter of the Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA), Allegheny Mountain Section, in cooperation with the WVDEP, is proud to sponsor our second annual West Virginia Regulatory Workshop that will provide the professionals in our area the opportunity to hear firsthand from senior WVDEP personnel about the latest environmental regulatory initiatives.
This half-day workshop will keep you abreast of the WVDEP’s priorities and plans, as well as the status of existing programs, updates, and proposed legislative changes that are key to WVDEP programs. WVDEP Directors (or their designees) have been invited to present on current and emerging topics.
This half-day workshop on Tuesday morning, June 14th, will be held in the Coopers Rock Training Room, in the WVDEP Kanawha City Headquarters, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV. The registration will start at 8:00 AM, with the proceedings beginning at 8:30 AM and lasting until noon. A continental breakfast will be served.
Parking: Please park at the back of the building and enter directly into the Coopers Rock Training Room (there will be signage).
